From our Munich Office, Nimbus "hands-on investors" as Private Equity Company focuses on Special Situation investment opportunities (Restructuring, Turn Around incl. Insolvency) with Mid-sized Companies and Subsidiaries of large corporations in the German region. At first we intend to stabilise the business by means of financial support followed by a growth strategy through active management support by our Team. The funds available are structured as open fund. Only when the Company has regained its "Old reps. New" strength will we consider a disposal of our majority interest. On average we have an approx. 7-8 years investment horizon.
The European based portfolio primarily consists of productions based companies (“Old Economy”) with a little more than 3000 employees and a consolidated turnover of less than € 1 Bn.
